RN Case Manager
StartDate: 2/9/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00
POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – Interqual review, Review of admission order/ status (inpatient v observation), Initial DC planning visits and sending post-acute referrals, discharging patients
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – VA/compact RN license; BLS; ACLS; 2 years recent case management experience in a hospital setting; Experience in DC Planning, performing Interqual Reviews; EMT or CM software experience; Midas, Careport, NaviHealth, and Meditech experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Observation Management; Performing LTSS screening using VA DMAS website
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-4:00p/4:30p. Weekends optional.
SYSTEMS – Midas, Careport, NaviHealth, Meditech
START DATE – ASAP
