The Diamond Bay Chapter of the Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses of Delaware was Chartered in February 2008. It was spear headed by our Past President Sharon Ponsell RN MSN CMSRN, Nurse Managers, along with the RN staff at Bay Health Medical Center in Dover Delaware.
